- 1 SimplyProtein® Lemon Crispy Bar, crumbled and divided
- 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt, divided
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut shreds
- 2 medium strawberries, chopped
- In medium glass, layer half the crispy bar, blueberries, ¼ cup yogurt, coconut shreds, strawberries, remaining yogurt and remaining crispy bar.
