  • 1 SimplyProtein® Lemon Crispy Bar, crumbled and divided
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt, divided
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 2 medium strawberries, chopped


  • In medium glass, layer half the crispy bar, blueberries, ¼ cup yogurt, coconut shreds, strawberries, remaining yogurt and remaining crispy bar.
