Greek Pita Wraps

These zesty wraps have delicious lemony flavor and will keep tummies feeling full and happy.

  • 1/2 zucchini, sliced
  • 8 ounces chicken
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 whole grain pita wraps
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


  • Rinse all produce and chop as desired.
  • Prepare pulled chicken in a programmable pressure cooker or slow cooker. Add in cumin, salt and pepper once cooked.
  • Sauté chopped olives, cherry tomatoes, zucchini and onion. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, make the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, cucumber, dill and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Next, fill each pita with the vegetable blend and chicken. Top with tzatziki sauce. Add in oregano for more flavor. Serve!
