Boost members receive 2X Fuel Points on pickup purchases. The free delivery benefit is only applicable to delivery orders. All Loyalty program members enjoy free pickup on orders of $35 or more.

You can use your benefits at thousands of Kroger Co. Family of Stores whether you’re shopping in store or online. Currently, benefits are not available at:

• Any Ruler / Food 4 Less locations

At this time, the Boost benefits are available only at our grocery stores. Your Boost membership does not work on purchases made on Fuel or Pharmacy Prescriptions, Fred Meyer Jewelers^®, The Little Clinic^®, Fred Meyer Direct^®, homechef.com, Vitacost.com, Kroger^® SHIP or Murray’s Cheese^®.

You must be 16 years or older and an existing member of a Kroger Co. loyalty program with a registered digital account.

2X Fuel Points and Free Delivery Boost benefits are active within 1 hour of your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of benefit activation to the email address associated with your digital account.

Yes, your Boost membership will automatically renew after your selected membership term expires.

If you do not want your membership to automatically renew, you can cancel your auto-renewal at any time on your Membership Management page.

Boost ($59) members who are interested in upgrading to Boost ($99) or monthly Boost members who are interested in upgrading to annual should visit Membership Management to change their membership.

You can now upgrade your membership immediately. By upgrading to an annual Boost $99 membership before the end of

your existing term, you agree to the following:

1. Exchange remaining Boost $59 membership days for Boost $99 membership days, at a rate of 1.0 Boost $59 day = 0.6 Boost $99 days
2. To be charged $99 today for an additional annual Boost $99 membership, adding 365 days of Boost $99 to any remaining time.

Yes, you can extend your Boost membership for up to three years by visiting Membership Management.

Access your Membership Management page to update your Boost Membership payment.

Yes, you can resume your membership by clicking on the Resume Membership button on Membership Management.

To qualify for this benefit, you must:

• Have an active annual Boost membership.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a new or returning subscriber to the streaming service you select (Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+).

This benefit is not available to Free Trial Boost members or monthly Boost members.

• Annual Boost $59 members are eligible for a one-time six-month trial to their choice of Disney+ Basic (With Ads), Hulu (With Ads) or ESPN+.
• Annual Boost $99 members have access to either Disney+ Basic (With Ads), Hulu (With Ads) or ESPN+ for as long as they remain an eligible Boost $99 member and while this offer remains available.

1. Visit Boost membership management page
2. Where it shows Disney+, Hulu & ESPN+, Click on “Get Started.”
3. On the next screen, select between Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+, enter your email address, and click “Continue.”
4. On the next screen, select “Confirm Plan." Be sure to select a service that you do not currently subscribe to. For example, if you currently subscribe to Disney+, you will need to select Hulu or ESPN+. Once you make your selection, you cannot change it.
5. Once you get to the confirmation screen, you will click on “Activate Your [service] Trial/Account” to complete the enrollment with either Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+.

Yes! If you have not already activated this benefit, you can upgrade to Boost $99 by doing the following:

1. Visit the Boost membership management page
2. Select “Edit Membership”
3. Click on “Update Membership”
4. Select “$99/year” and click on “Update Membership”
5. Click “Confirm Membership” and complete the upgrade process.

• If you are an existing Disney+, Hulu or ESPN subscriber, you may redeem one of the other subscriptions that you do not have. Otherwise, you will need to manage your existing subscription and wait until the end of your billing cycle to enroll in your streaming benefit.

• If you haven’t activated this benefit yet, you can upgrade to Boost $99 to receive access to 12 months of either Disney+ Basic (With Ads), Hulu (With Ads) or ESPN+ for so long as you remain an eligible Boost $99 member and while this offer remains available.

The free trial lasts for 30 days.

Your benefits include free delivery and 2x Fuel Points during the free trial. The streaming benefit of Disney+ Basic (With Ads), Hulu (With Ads) or ESPN+ will be available for members only after their free trial.

When you sign up for your Boost free trial, you will receive an e-mail with your free trial's end date.

You can cancel your membership at anytime in Membership Management.

At the end of your Boost free trial period, the plan you selected at sign up will be your paid membership plan, and will automatically renew to the plan you selected.

Shop as you normally would at Kroger Co Family of Stores location or online. You must use your loyalty account in store or your digital account online to receive the benefits.

Boost can only be used by person(s) in your immediate household who use your Kroger Co. Family of Stores loyalty card or Alternate ID. Household members are defined as person(s) currently living at the same address.

You can cancel your membership at anytime in Membership Management. There are no refunds for Boost fees paid. If you cancel, you can continue to use Boost benefits until your membership is cancelled.

You can cancel your renewal at anytime in Membership Management. If you cancel, you can continue to use Boost benefits until your membership is expires.

Once enrolled in your paid membership, you will receive email communication within 24-48 hours of your Boost activation with instructions on how to redeem your online or in-store offers.

Shop as you normally would online at your local Kroger Co. Family of Stores’ site or app (i.e., www.kroger.com) for Delivery using the same digital account associated with your Boost membership.

Based on your enrollment in either Boost $99 or $59, time slots that apply to free delivery may be defined differently. While shopping online, you will be notified of which slots are eligible for free delivery.

Note: Depending on the delivery time slot, your order may be fulfilled through Kroger Delivery or our third-party partners. With Kroger Delivery, your smile is our reward. No tipping please. Third-party partners like Instacart can accept tips. These drivers are paid a flat rate per delivery by our third-party partners, but 100% of any tip you provide goes directly to the driver. If you’d prefer, you also have the option to tip your third-party driver after the delivery is completed.

Your membership in Boost does not cover tips.

Delivery time slots are based on availability. To qualify for a free or discounted delivery, orders must be $35 or more. Boost $99 members will pay $4.95 for express delivery time slots, and all other delivery time slots will be free. Boost $59 members will see free delivery time slots reflected for applicable spots.

Yes! All Associates are held to the same policies, procedures, and rules as listed in the General Office Associate Handbook; specifically, refer to the sections titled “Kroger Plus Card Associate Program” and “Kroger Plus Card Employee Policy”. Any violation or abuse could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Redeem your Boost gift card by visiting Kroger.com/RedeemBoost, or by making any eligible purchase* from the Kroger Family of Stores on-line or in-store. Your Boost Gift Card works just like any Kroger Co Family of Companies gift cards.

For customers that received a $59 gift card but would like to sign up for a $99 membership, visit Kroger.com/RedeemBoost, select your store, and then choose the $99 membership. When prompted to pay, enter your Boost Gift Card information. You will be prompted to select another card to pay the remaining balance.

For customers that received a $99 Boost Gift Card but would like to sign up for a $59 membership, visit Kroger.com/RedeemBoost, select your store, and then choose the $59 membership. When prompted to pay, enter your Boost Gift Card information. Your balance will fund the $59 membership and you are free to use the remaining $40 by making any eligible purchase from the Kroger Family of Stores, on-line or in-store.

At checkout, one (or more) gift card(s) may be applied to the balance owed first and if there is a remaining balance customer will be asked to provide a secondary payment option to pay the remainder. Cannot redeem for fuel or products at Kroger Family of Companies' Fuel Centers or fuel kiosks. Cannot redeem for Kroger Family of Companies' Pickup, Delivery or Ship purchases. Yes! If you are already a Boost Member, please select your store and complete the enrollment process. This will extend your current Boost Membership by an additional year and your membership will renew annually at no cost (up to $59) as long as you are a Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard® Cardholder/Credit Cardholder. If you are a Boost $99 member, you will be prompted to pay for the difference in membership ($40) to extend your membership.

Yes! If you are currently a Monthly Boost member, click here and select your store to complete the enrollment process. You will be converted into an annual membership and receive $59 off an annual Boost membership.
