It offers a luxurious, satiny mouthfeel balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity and a touch of sweetness in a balanced dry wine. Awards for this California wine include Best Riesling - Gold from the 2018 Toast of the Coast and 94 Points - Best of Class from the 2019 New World International. This dry white wine pairs well with mild and creamy cheeses, traditional roast turkey and fresh raspberry or apple tart. The wine making process includes gently pressing grapes in tank presses and cold fermenting the semi sweet wine in refrigerated steel tanks. This wine has 12.4% alcohol by volume.
