This stir fry dinner comes together quickly and requires very little chopping. It’s sure to be a family favorite for any weeknight dinner. In a large skillet over medium heat, add one tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add chicken and cook until browned. Set aside. In the same skillet over medium-high heat, add stir fry kit and mushrooms. Cook until tender, then add stir fry kit sauce, JFC’s Sauce and cooked chicken. Allow to simmer about 5 minutes, until thickened. Serve stir fry over prepared rice and top with noodles.
