Preparation
To boil eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan large enough to hold them in a single layer. Add COLD water and cover eggs by 1 inch. Heat on high until the water begins to boil. Once the water boils remove from heat and cover.
Let eggs stand in covered pan for 15 minutes. Then drain and run eggs under cold water until cooled.
Remove shell from hard-boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, keeping egg whites intact, and in medium bowl mash yolks with remaining ingredients using a fork. Spoon into egg whites. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate until needed.
